I feel energy.
I've discovered this in over 25 years of practice. It has taught me about a different way of understanding healing. Everything has an energetic signature. Everything interacts with everything else through their energy. Some things are compatible and others are not. Our energy moves in a particular pattern. I can feel that pattern. When that pattern is off, I can correct it with natural medicine. And when it's corrected the body understands and heals. I call that part of my practice: Resonance-based Medicine. But medicine is also about teaching. Helping people to be empowered by giving them a deeper appreciation and control over the body, mind and spirit. Through life and health coaching and counseling along with helping you to feel your own energy, you gradually understand the value of discrimination in becoming healthy and the great power that you have within that will help you do that. This part of my practice I call: Empowerment Medicine We also must begin to realize the importance of being empowered because we are on a journey. Our individual journey and a collective journey. Every choice we make, every ability we discover about and utilize in ourselves will further that journey to get us to the very highest state of body, mind and spirit we are capable of before we need to transition out of this body.
